WHy ESTAS Exists
My dear friend Alejandra had a C-section. I watched her come home from the hospital with a newborn, fear, pain, and zero guidance on what to do with her scar. Nothing that felt worthy of what she'd been through. Nothing that matched the care she was giving everyone else.
So I built it.
I'm Cristina. I know what it feels like to look at a scar and not recognize yourself. At 24, I went into sudden cardiac arrest. My heart stopped. My parents were told I had a 7% chance of survival. I came out of open heart surgery with a scar down the entire length of my chest, and the first thing I felt was shame.
What I eventually discovered changed everything: the right ingredients, applied with intention, in a ritual that becomes yours. Healing isn't hiding. It's showing up for yourself every single day.
